I became a customer of March Motorcars Inc in Lexington,  North Carolina, as a result of my internet search for a convertible car for my wife.  I identified a car on their used car lot. And that's when I contacted Jeff and Joan March.  Subsequent discussions resulted in me buying a 2014 Chrysler 200 Limited Hard Top  convertible. I visually inspected the car and took the car for a drive. I decided to purchase the car even though the vehicle made some creaking noises when the car was put in motion. I really liked this type of car and had a good feeling moving forward... My decision to purchase the car was based on my initial interaction with Joan and Jeff March. They seemed like straight up people. And I didn't think there would be a problem if there were any issues with the car after I took delivery. I just had a gut feeling that they were straight up people. After delivery and driving the car home, Sneads Ferry NC, I took a closer look at the vehicle with a mechanic and discovered the cause of the creaking noise when car was put in motion. I called Joan and discussed what I had found and the needed repairs.  She immediately stood up took responsibility for the repairs to my satisfaction...She did not hesitate or make any excuses as she resolved the issues and repair to the car she sold me. I want to say I was not surprised as these folks are straight up, fair people that don't run away from their responsibilities. I can attest to that. Just to keep things in perspective, this is a ten year old car and was sold in an "As is"  condition with no warranty. The car was a surprise birthday present for my wife's 70th birthday. It is a solid car. She is very happy with it and so am I.   Again,  my dealings with March Motorcars was very professional,  positive and no games.  I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a used car. A.
